2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a blender, then pour into a 9 inch pie pan, greased. Bake for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
