HUNGARIAN CAKE 
2 c. powdered sugar
3 c. flour
4 egg yolks
1/2 butter
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Pinch salt
5 tbsp. milk
Pineapple preserves and some ground nuts

Cream butter with sugar, eggs, baking soda, salt and milk. Mix in flour. With floured hand spread onto a greased cookie sheet (10x15). Top with pineapple preserves; finish with topping of chopped nuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. When cooled, sprinkle top with powdered sugar. Cut into squares.
