MACARONI AND CHEESE 
8 oz. elbow macaroni (about 2 c.)
3 tbsp. enriched flour
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 c. shredded cheese
Tomato slices

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Melt butter, blend in flour. Add milk. Cook and stir until thick. Add seasonings. Add 1 1/2 cups of the cheese; stir until melted.

Place cooked macaroni in greased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Pour sauce over macaroni. Salt tomatoes slices and arrange on top pushing edge of each slice into macaroni. Top with the remaining cheese.

Bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with paprika. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
