TRIFLE 
Blend until thickened:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar free instant vanilla pudding
2 c. cold milk
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Blend in 1/2 pint of cream that has been whipped to the pudding. Layer in a glass bowl:

Pudding
1/2 angelfood cake, cubed
2 bananas, sliced
1 (15 oz.) can of pineapple sweetened in its own juice
1 c. fresh strawberries, slice (if available)

Be sure your last layer is the pudding mix. Chill well. Serve 15. Best if used the day made as the bananas turn brown.
