GINGER SNAP MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. hamburger
5 slices soft bread, torn up sm.
1 med. chopped onion
Garlic salt
Salt and pepper
2 beaten eggs

Mix together and shape into balls. Bake on cookie sheet 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.

SAUCE:

1 lg. can tomatoes, cut up (approximately qt. size)
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
12 gingersnap cookies

Put in saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for an hour or so with meatballs.
