BOURBON BALLS 
3 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers (2 7-oz. pkg.)
1 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts or pecans
Granulated and powdered sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. corn syrup
1/2 c. bourbon

Mix together vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, cocoa, walnuts, corn syrup and bourbon. Mix well and shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in granulated or powdered sugar. Store in container with tight fitting lid. Makes about 3 dozen.
