HOT LOBSTER DIP 
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can lobster meat, chopped
1/4 lb. Velveeta
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. sherry or milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. catsup

In top of double boiler, cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, blending until cheese melts. Best served in a chafing dish.
