STIR FRIED RICE | |
1 c. pork, chicken or beef, cut in strips 1 1/2 c. cooked rice 2 med. ribs celery 1 bell pepper 2 sm. onions 1 sm. can or 1/2 c. mushrooms Dash pepper 2 tsp. salt 1/2 stick butter Chop celery, bell pepper, onions and mushrooms together, put in large saucepan and cook on low heat. In another pan cook meat until done, add together and mix in rice and dash of soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce and serve. Any left over meat can be used just debone before using in recipe. |
