STIR FRIED RICE 
1 tsp. oil
1 c. chicken or pork or hamburger, cooked
2/3 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. peas
1/2 c. corn
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 to 1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. carrots, chopped
Soy sauce to taste

Cook rice and let cool. Heat oil in frying pan. Add celery and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add meat and vegetables. Stir fry for another 2 minutes. Add soy sauce for flavor and color.
