5 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together eggs, baking powder and salt. Add sugar, flour and vanilla. Beat in blender if you like. Pour in flan pan. Bake 10 to 13 minutes in 400 degree oven. Top with fruit and glaze.
