MAC'S CURRY CHICKEN 
2 lbs. boneless chicken
2 cans soup (chicken/mushroom)
2 c. heavy cream
1/2 to 1 lb. fresh green beans
1 Spanish onion
1 red pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
3 tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. butter
White or brown rice, cooked

Chop chicken into small bite-size pieces. Brown on low temperature. In saucepan, mix in soup and heavy cream. Heat at low temperature. Saute green beans, chopped red peppers, onions in 1 tablespoon butter, or butter. Add chicken, peppers, onions and green beans to sauce. Add curry powder, black pepper, and garlic powder. Sauce will be very thick. Add more cream if desired. Pour over cooked rice.
