GUACAMOLE DIP 
1 small head lettuce, shredded and chopped

Place in a large deep platter.

1 or 2 avocados, peeled
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice per avocado
2-4 tbsp. hot salsa (how hot you like)
1/4 c. sour cream
Little salt to taste

Mix in blender and spread on bed of lettuce. Put layer of shredded Cheddar cheese over avocado mixture.

Chop 2 large tomatoes, taking out seeds. Sprinkle over cheese then crumble crisp bacon over top. Serve with plainest taco chips you can purchase or quarter tortillas (corn) and fry in deep fat (the fresh fat ones).
