NIGHT OWL SWEET ROLLS 
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 (30 oz.) pkg. frozen white dinner rolls
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 (3 5/8 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
1/3 c. butter, cut in small pieces

Spread nuts in the bottom of 13x9" pan. Arrange rolls over nuts. Sprinkle with brown sugar, pudding mix and butter. Cover with plastic wrap and thaw overnight in refrigerator. Let rise at room temperature until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 2 to 3 minutes before removing from pan. Turn onto wire rack over a sheet of wax paper.
