BAKED STUFFED POTATOES 
2 baked potatoes
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cottage cheese
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. mustard
1 tomato
Paprika

1. Slice potato in half and scoop out.

2. Mash potato with mayonnaise and cottage cheese. Add all ingredients but tomato and paprika.

3. Divide in potato skins. Slice tomato and put on top. Sprinkle extra cheese and paprika over top.

4. Put in shallow dish and bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. 2 servings.
