2 lb. boneless stew meat or round steak, cut in strips
1 pkg. onion (dry) soup mix
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. white wine

Mix well. Put in heavy covered dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Do not peek. Serve over rice.
