CRUST:

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
5 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. sugar

Combine ingredients and press into 9 x 13 x 1 3/4 inch baking pan.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Put cream cheese in bowl and mix in eggs, one at a time. Slowly stir in sugar and vanilla. Pour mixture over crust and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.

TOPPING:

3 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients. Spread over cake. Let stand 3 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Chill and then serve. DELICIOUS!
