RUM CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant pudding, vanilla
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. rum extract
1/4 c. apple juice
1/2 c. oil

Use bundt pan. Mix all ingredients well. Pour into bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 30 minutes or less.

ICING:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. rum extract

Boil 5 minutes. Punch holes in cake. Spoon icing over cake.
