SCALLOPS AU GRATIN 
1 lb. scallops
2 tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can Campbell's creamy potato soup
1/8 tsp. thyme
Black pepper to taste
2 tbsp. Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Microwave Recipe: Melt butter with minced garlic in Pyrex baking dish for 1 minute. Add scallops and microwave on high (100%) for two minutes. Add soup, thyme and pepper and mix. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of casserole. Microwave on high (100%) for five minutes. Let stand covered for three minutes. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
