SUKUJAKI 
4 pork steaks (cut in small pieces)
1 1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water

Brown steaks in heavy pan. Put lid on steam. Cut up 4 medium carrots, cut celery into 2 inch pieces 4 or 5 stalks. Bell pepper sliced, 2 medium onions. Medium head cabbage. Add to meat carrots, cook for 15 minutes. Add celery cook 5 minutes and then add pepper and onions. Cut cabbage in wedges, lay on top and steam.
