PUDDING DESSERT 
1 1/3 c. flour
3/4 c. nut meats, cut fine
3/4 c. butter

Mix and pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and add Layer 2.

LAYER 2:

Mix well one 8 ounce package of cream cheese, one cup powdered sugar, one 8 ounce carton of Cool Whip and spread on the cooled crust.

3RD LAYER:

Whip two 3 ounce packages of instant pudding with 3 cups milk. Use any flavor; chocolate, vanilla, butter pecan or whatever you choose. Pour this over the second layer.

4TH LAYER:

Spread 4 ounces of whipped topping over third layer and top with ground nuts.
