MOM'S SHRIMP DE JANGHE 
1 c. butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
5-6 c. (4 lbs.) cleaned, cooked shrimp, in shell
Dash cayenne pepper
2/3 c. cooking sherry
2 c. soft bread crumbs

To melted butter, add garlic, parsley, paprika, cayenne and cooking sherry; mix. Add bread crumbs; toss. Place shrimp in 11"x7"x2" baking dish. Spoon the butter mixture over. Bake in slow oven, 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until crumbs brown. Sprinkle with additional chopped parsley before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
