POPPY SEED DRESSING 
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. poppy seed
4 tsp. artificial sweetener (to substitute for sugar)

Combine all ingredients in pint jar and cover tightly. Shake vigorously and store in refrigerator. Shake before using. Makes 1 cup.
