APPLE BLUEBERRY CRUNCH 
5 c. apples, peeled and sliced
3/4 c. blueberries
4 serving size butterscotch pudding mix
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. oats
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. pecans
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Place apples and blueberries in 8 x 1 1/2 inch round microwave dish. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons pudding and set aside. Melt butter. Add remaining ingredients and stir until mixture is crumbly. Spoon over fruit.

Micro-cook on high for 11-13 minutes or until apples are tender, giving dish 1/4 turn every 3 minutes. Let stand 30 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
