LAYERED DESSERT TORTE | |
1 c. flour 1 c. pecans 1 stick butter 1 lg. Cool Whip 1 lg. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix Pecan chips or shaved chocolate (optional) Mix together until crumbly flour, pecans and butter. Press into 9x13 Pyrex pan. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly brown. FIRST LAYER: Mix and spread over crust - 1/2 large Cool Whip, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. SECOND LAYER: Chocolate pudding as directed and spread over first. THIRD LAYER: Vanilla pudding as directed to spread over second. FOURTH LAYER: Remaining Cool Whip spread over third. Sprinkle top with pecan chips or shaved chocolate. |
