HOLIDAY CAKE | |
1 c. chopped pecans 1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix 4 eggs 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. orange juice 1/4 c. cold water 2 tsp. rum extract Cluster grapes (optional) Powdered sugar (optional) Grease and flour 12 cup bundt pan. Sprinkle nuts over bottom of pan. Combine remaining ingredients, excluding grapes and powdered sugar, in a large mixer bowl. Beat with an electric mixer. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. If desired, dust grapes with powdered sugar. Place grapes in center of cake. Serves 8 to 10. |
