WAIKIKI MEATBALLS 
3 lbs. hamburger
1 1/3 c. crushed crackers, fine
2/3 c. onions, chopped
2 eggs
3 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. milk
1/2 green pepper, chopped fine

Mix all ingredients together. Make into meatballs and brown. Drain 2 (20 ounce) cans of chunk or crushed pineapple (reserve juice). Cut green pepper in chunks. Spread green pepper and pineapple over meatballs.

SAUCE:

Juice reserved from pineapple
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. brown sugar
4 tsp. soy sauce
2/3 c. vinegar

Put the above in a saucepan and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over meatballs, green peppers and pineapple. Simmer for 1 hour or longer.
