STRINGY CHEESE LOAF 
1 loaf French bread
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Mozzarella, shredded
1/4 c. green onions
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Cut bread diagonally into 1" slices, cutting almost to bottom of loaf. Mix remaining and spread between the slices. Wrap bread in tin foil. Grill on medium, turning once, until cheese is melted, 8 to 10 minutes. Unwrap foil and grill 5 minutes longer.
