JALAPENO CORNBREAD 
1 cup of cornmeal
1/2 cup of flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 cup of cream corn
1 chopped onion
green chiles
1/2 pound of cheese
1/2 cup of oil
2 eggs beaten
1 cup of buttermilk

Mix together.

8 inch pan 25 to 30 minutes; 10 inch pan 20 to 25 minutes.

Bake at 450°F.
