FROSTED PUMPKIN BARS 
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. nuts or raisins

Combine all ingredients and pour into a large greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. butter
3/4 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. milk (more, if needed)

Mix together and spread over warm bars.
