DIABETIC CHOCOLATE PIE 
4 tsp. Sweet 'N Low
2 tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. butter

Meringue:

2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. Sweet 'N Low
1 tsp. corn syrup
1 tsp. cream of tartar or lemon juice

Mix first 6 ingredients. Cream in butter.

Bake at 450°F for 1/2 hour. Make meringue with 2 egg whites, 1/4 teaspoon Sweet 'N Low, 1 teaspoon corn syrup and 1 teaspoon cream of tartar or lemon juice. Return to oven about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
