CHRUSCIK (BOWTIES) 
6 egg yolks
1 whole egg (yolk & white)
1 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour (approx.), depending on the size of the eggs

Form large ball. Take half of this and roll out. Dough must be rolled very thin. Cut in strips. Slit each strip and pull lone end through the slit. Fry in hot oil. Test one before frying. If the bowtie comes to the surface quickly, oil is hot enough. I usually fry about 12 at a time. Turn each one over once. Drain on paper towels. Then sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. These ingredients should make about 90 pieces.
