CREAM CHEESE TRUFFLES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 c. powdered sugar
5 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

In food processor put cream cheese. Gradually add 1 cup at a time powdered sugar, mixing well. Add melted chocolate and vanilla. Blend until creamy. Chill for 1-2 hours. Form into balls. Roll into chopped nuts, cocoa or powdered sugar. These keep good in the refrigerator.
