STRAWBERRY DUMPLINGS 
2 (10 oz. ea.) boxes frozen strawberries in juice, thawed
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2/3 cups milk

In a bowl, mix Bisquick and milk. Set aside.

Put the thawed strawberries (with juice) in a large/deep skillet or pot. Bring the strawberries to a boil. Drop large tablespoon size dumplings into the strawberries. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook uncovered for 10 minutes. Then cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

Remove dumplings and put them in individual bowls. Pour remaining strawberries over the dumplings and serve.

These are very good with whipped cream and/or ice cream.
