1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. coconut

Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Beat eggs into above, one at a time. Add milk, vanilla, Bisquick and coconut. Mix well; pour into greased and floured 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until done.
