SPINACH LASAGNE 
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked
2 pkg. chopped, frozen spinach, cooked
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
24 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. melted butter
Salt, pepper, garlic to taste
4 c. spaghetti sauce (homemade or Ragu)

Mix cottage cheese, eggs, butter, seasonings and parsley. Grease 9x13 inch pan. Layer noodles, cottage cheese mixture, Mozzarella cheese, spinach, Parmesan cheese, and sauce. Then repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. May need to cover the last 1/2 hour.
