CHOW MEIN 
Melt 1/4 cup butter in skillet. Add 1 medium onion, chopped. Cook 3 minutes. Add:

2 c. diced celery
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. hot water

Cool, covered 5 minutes. Add:

1 can La-Choy bean sprouts, drained or La Choy Chinese vegetable, drained
2 c. cooked pork or real, beef or chicken, cut in thin strips

Mix well. Cook 5 minutes. Combine:

2 tsp. cold water
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sugar

Add to meat. Stir lightly. Cook 1 minute, serve hot with La Choy noodles.
