POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. Crisco
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. crushed potato chips

Cream together first 4 ingredients. Sift flour, salt, and baking soda; add to cream mixture. Add potato chips and 1/2 cup nuts (if desired). Shape into balls on ungreased sheets. Flatten with fork. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown.
