POTATO SALAD 
5 lbs. red potatoes
1 bunch green onions
1/2 jar green olives, cut
2 sticks celery
6 hard boiled eggs
Salt & pepper
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. sour cream

Cut potatoes into bite size pieces. Cook in salted water until done. Drain and cool on cookie sheet. Use a very large bowl to combine ingredients. Coat potatoes with about 1/4 cup cooking oil to coat. Toss well. Add all ingredients, mixing the Miracle Whip together with the sour cream before adding to salad. That's all. Yields 15 servings.
