ORIENTAL SALAD 
1 lg. bok choy Chinese cabbage
5 fresh green onions, including tops

Chop it up and mix well together. Mix: 1/2 c. sesame seeds 2 pkg. Ramen noodles, broken (omit seasonings) 1 pkg. slivered almonds

Brown, not too dark, 5 minutes, drain on paper towel to cool and dry.

DRESSING:

1 c. Puritan oil
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix dressing well. Do not stir dressing over cabbage until 20 minutes before serving.
