DUTCH APPLE CAKE | |
3 eggs, beat until frothy 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1 tsp. water 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. oil 2 c. flour 2 tsp. cinnamon 4 c. diced, peeled apples (raw Granny Smith are best) 1/2 c. nuts or 1 lg. one on each square Mix in order given above. Pour into 9"x13" pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. The can of cream cheese frosting works great. |
