SKILLET CASSEROLE | |
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni 1 tbsp. fat 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 3/4 c. canned tomatoes 1/2 c. diced celery 1/4 c. diced green pepper 1 tsp. salt Dash pepper 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms 4 slices cheese (Velveeta) Cook macaroni. Brown beef and onion. Drain fat. Add tomatoes, celery, green pepper, seasonings, mushrooms and macaroni and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Top with cheese. Melt cheese. Makes 4 servings. |
