POLYNESIAN CHICKEN 
1 to 2 chickens, cut up; or chicken parts of your choice
1 lg. bottle French dressing (any brand)
1 lg. jar apricot preserves
1 to 1 1/2 pkgs. dry onion soup mix

Mix the French dressing, apricot preserves and dry onion soup mix all together in a bowl. The consistency will be thick, as jelly is. Spoon this over your prepared chicken parts and bake in 350 oven for 1 3/4 to 2 hours. You may turn the chicken, but it is not necessary.
