KASHA SAUCE | |
6 slices scallions 4 tsp. oil 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped mushrooms 4 tsp. tamari 4 tsp. whole wheat flour 1 c. cold water Heat oil and saute scallions until soft with mushrooms. Remove and cool. Add flour and water, stirring constantly. Heat to boiling, lower and simmer 10-20 minutes, add water if needed. Add salt and cook kasha burgers. |
