NO MIX MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 pkg. onion soup mix (dry)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or celery or chicken)

Shape meat into a loaf. Sprinkle soup mix over the top of the loaf; cover soup. Seal in foil. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

NOTE: This recipe is handy if you forget to take out ground beef from freezer before preparation time. It just requires a little longer cooking time. 8 servings.
