PEANUT BUTTER PIE WITH RICE
KRISPIE CRUST
 
6 tbsp. peanut butter
2 tbsp. honey
2 c. Rice Krispie Cereal
1 box instant vanilla pudding (6 oz.)
2 1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
Powdered sugar

Put 4 tablespoons of peanut butter and 2 tablespoons of honey into glass pie pan in the microwave for 30 seconds.

In large bowl put 2 cups of Rice Krispies.

Mix 2 tablespoons of peanut butter into some powdered sugar and mix until crumbly. Set aside.

Mix up a large box of vanilla pudding using directions on box, it says to use 3 cups of milk, but only use 2 1/2 cups of milk

Now in the pie pan mix the Rice Krispies into the peanut butter and honey and spread on the bottom of the pan.

Next put some powdered sugar mixture over to of Rice Krispies; put the pudding on top of that with more powdered sugar mixture on top of pudding; then Cool Whip on top of that; then the rest of the powdered sugar mixture on the top. It is great!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
