STEAK SOUP 
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. flour
3 qts. water
3 lbs. ground chuck
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. chopped carrots
1 lg. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 cans whole tomatoes
1 1/2 tbsp. Accent
1 tbsp. pepper
3 beef bouillon cubes

Brown ground chuck; drain to remove grease. Melt butter, add flour and then water. Add to meat and all remaining vegetables, tomatoes, pepper, Accent and beef cubes. Cook until vegetables are soft. Add frozen vegetables last. Simmer 1/2 hour.
