FLAUMEN TSIMMIS - SUPER EASY 
1 box lg. prunes
6 slices flanken, well trimmed
6-8 lg. carrots
6-8 sweet potatoes

(You can use more or less carrots or sweet potatoes, according to your family's taste.)

Cover prunes with water in pot. Bring to a boil and let cool. In large Dutch oven, brown flanken well on all sides. Add carrots, cut in large pieces, and sweet potatoes, cut in half. Pour prunes and water over all and simmer for 2 hours. (Best if made 1-2 days before. No other seasoning necessary.)
