FRENCH CHOCOLATE PIE 
1/2 lb. sweet (unsalted) butter
1/4 lb. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3 squares melted chocolate (Baker's only), cooled
Any baked crust, either pie or graham cracker

TOPPING:

Whipped cream
Pecans

Cream butter and cream cheese well. Add sugar. Cream well. Add vanilla and 2 eggs; beat 5 minutes. Add remaining 2 eggs and beat 5 minutes. Add melted, cooled chocolate. Beat 3 minutes. Pour into baked crust. Chill at least 1 hour. Top with whipped cream and pecans.
