RED RICE 
1 1/2 c. diced ham or shrimp
2 c. uncooked rice
1 can tomatoes
2 cans water
1/4 bell pepper
1/4 onion
1 tbsp. salt
Pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Cook ham and tomatoes 30 minutes. Add rice, onion, bell pepper, salt and pepper and butter. Cook until rice is done.
