GRAHAM CRACKER DESSERT 
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 egg
1 env. Knox gelatin
1 pt. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
25 graham crackers

Bring sugar, milk and egg to boil until combination is mixed and cooked quite well. Remove from stove. Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cold milk, stir into boiled mixture, let cool. When cool, add 1 pint whipping cream, well whipped, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Roll out graham crackers, put 1/2 of crumbs in bottom of pan. Add custard mix, sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs.
